Ensuring product quality and safety


An integral part of our production chain is to ensure and control the quality and safety of finished products.
Quality control of the raw materials used and finished products is carried out in the own certified laboratory of the company (certificate number 00643/14 - 0030 23. 05. 2012), and in laboratory testing centers.

Thus, in the production of enters raw material which has appropriate quality and safety regulatory requirements for the product.
Quality control and safety covers such steps as working with suppliers of raw materials, quality control, supply, production process, the temporary storage of finished goods, delivery to the consumer.
Quality control of finished products is confirmed by certificates of conformity and declarations of voluntary certification.
The effectiveness of the safety management system of products has been certified FSSC 22000:2010.

When working with suppliers of raw materials we produce vendor evaluation, including assessment of the conditions of cultivation, storage and production of cereals, for excluding the possibility of cross-contamination of gluten-free raw materials, exactly buckwheat, rice and corn cereals, allergen-containing raw materials.

The introduction and implementation of health programs of cleaning equipment and production facilities enables the company to provide the proper level of sanitation and hygiene of personnel that we confirm through regular studies at accredited test centers.
